The retention phase stops being a source of anxiety.
It becomes a confident clinical act.
Retention has long been waiting for a robust, lasting, and clinically validated solution.
A solution accessible for all patients, complex cases, deep bites, periodontal cases, but above all everyday cases. For fewer after-care issues, greater peace of mind and smiles preserved for the long term.
Our platform standardises every step to give orthodontists the best possible conditions for clinical success.
Retention is a complex clinical act
A retainer cannot be adjusted after placement. For the patient, treatment is over. There are follow-up appointments, but there is no iteration, no correction, it is too late. The retainer must therefore be right first time. This requirement runs up against three simultaneous constraints, all complex, with no simple solution.
Physiological constraints
Each completed treatment results in a unique clinical outcome linked to the tooth movements achieved and the physiological stability obtained (osseous anchorage, periodontal reorganisation, ligament relaxation).
Furthermore, respecting the patient's dental anatomy is essential to limit the risks of debonding de la contention, de , lingual interferences et d’occlusal interferences.
The retainer must therefore be precise and fully custom-made.
Mechanical constraints
Each retainer wire is made from high-resilience materials with precisely defined mechanical properties (elastic modulus, elastic limit, plastic deformation capacity).
Furthermore, respecting mechanical constraints during bending is essential to limit the risks of wire fracture du fil, de , insufficient retention and above alluncontrolled activation..
The retainer must therefore be bent with full control over the forces and angles applied.
Clinical constraints
Each completed treatment results in a unique clinical outcome linked to the tooth movements achieved and the physiological stability obtained (osseous anchorage, periodontal reorganisation, ligament relaxation).
Furthermore, respecting clinical constraints during retainer design is essential to limit the risks of relapse and unexpected parasitic tooth movement.
The retainer must therefore be clinically personalised and respect the practitioner's prescription.
Making retention straightforward and accessible
Solving these three constraints simultaneously is an engineering challenge and our mission. Our role is to give orthodontists a straightforward way to apply their clinical constraints, to achieve a lasting, custom-made, and clinically personalised retainer for every patient.
Clinical design AI
Our iForm™ clinical design AI analyses the patient's intraoral scan and automatically generates the optimal wire path by simultaneously integrating all three physiological, mechanical and clinical constraints.
This constraint coupling, impossible to achieve manually, gives straightforward access to a custom-made and clinically personalised retainer for every patient.
3D robotic bending
Our patented NovaBend™ robot bends the wire in 3D (2nd-order)nd according to the defined clinical design, with sub-millimetre precision, whilst maintaining full control over the forces and angles applied.
This robotic bending, achieving a precision and quality impossible to reach manually, handles all clinical cases, including the maxillary arch, with a passive wire, bent in 3D in less than 90 seconds..
Platform & Support
Our intuitive web platform, connected directly to the practice's intraoral scanner gateway, enables retainer orders to be placed and production tracked through to delivery.
This seamless ordering experience is backed by a dedicated customer support service, including a dedicated clinical contact, phone helpline and human expertise available at every step.
Giving orthodontists peace of mind
By standardising and simplifying every step from design to placement, we let you focus on what truly matters: the clinical work and the patient relationship. Less uncertainty, fewer surprises, fewer after-care issues, moins d'imprévus, fewer after-care issues and greater peace of mind for you and your patients.
Peace of mind
Our robust, standardised process delivers a consistent level of retention for every retainer, whether the case is complex or routine.
We give orthodontists the best conditions for clinical success at every placement We give orthodontists the best conditions for clinical success at every placement, making retention a confident phase of treatment.
Reliability
Our passive, precise bending combined with our anatomically adapted design ensures optimal long-term retainer stability, limiting the risks of fracture, debonding and after-care issues.
We give orthodontists the reliability of a controlled process that delivers consistent performance for every retainer, regardless of the practitioner's experience level.
Efficiency
Our platform, connected directly to the practice's intraoral scanner, provides seamless order management from prescription to delivery, with no complex setup or training required.
We give orthodontists and their assistants the efficiency of a fully digitalised, automated workflow, freeing them to focus on clinical care.
Simplicity
Our silicone transfer key, included with every retainer, enables precise and rapid wire positioning on the patient's teeth.
We give orthodontists a simplified placement experience, with a transfer key that allows correct positioning of a 2nd-order bent wire, including on the maxillary arch.
Guarantee
Our free remanufacturing commitment provides full coverage throughout the patient follow-up period in the event of fracture or debonding, for any reason whatsoever.
We give orthodontists a remanufacturing guarantee for every retainer placed, unconditionally, because we have confidence in our process.
Traceability
Our platform archives every clinical design, every prescription, and the batch numbers of all wires used, for every retainer produced, with a complete patient record history.
We give orthodontists a full traceability of every retention act, for a documented and secure practice.
Retainers validated by science and practitioners
Studies conducted with leading orthodontic university hospitals, collaborations with research laboratories, and practitioners who validate and use our retainers on a daily basis.
